QDOS Communications has scooped the Avaya SME Excellence Award having excelled in FY 2012 leading with Avaya within the niche Hospitality market segment.
QDOS has grown its Avaya revenues by over 300% in FY12 to become the only partner in UK & Ireland to achieve promotion to Silver status and SME Expert.
Lesley Foster-Davis of Avaya’s Field Marketing UK & Ireland team noted: “Under challenging market conditions QDOS Communications continued to grow its business with a focus on hospitality and, as such, is Avaya’s premier UK partner in this vertical. QDOS achieved the first UK sale of IP Office Server Edition to the prestigious 5 Star InterContinental London Westminster hotel.”
QDOS also collected the Avaya Technical Mid-Market Achievement Award 2012 presented by Simon Culmer, Avaya Managing Director UK & Ireland.
By working with Avaya Dev-Connect partners QDOS proved IP Office Server Edition to be a flexible, cost effective solution for the hospitality market. “QDOS is technically self-sufficient and its growth and focus on the hospitality vertical has made it Avaya’s premier partner in the UK for hotel deployment, leading to increased IP Office revenues for Avaya over many years,” commented Culmer.
QDOS previously won the Avaya SME Excellence Award in 2011 for as Avaya put it “significantly accelerating Avaya’s growth in the hospitality vertical market in the past few years whilst providing exceptional levels of on-going customer service and support”. As such QDOS has now won the Avaya SME Excellence Award 2 years running.
