QDOS Communications will be making their HITEC debut at the first European edition of the Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference, to be held at RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, 29-30 March 2017.

Held annually in North America, HITEC is world’s largest hospitality technology show and is now expanding into Europe with the première of HITEC Amsterdam next month. The event will feature two days of technology-focussed presentations alongside an exhibition of hospitality technology suppliers.

The conference programme includes a keynote presentation from broadcaster Aleks Krotoski who will address the impact of technology on hospitality, while futurologist Woody Wade will describe how to anticipate changes in a business and remain competitive. Other sessions will explore how disruptive technologies are challenging and changing the industry, new EU data privacy legislation, and how to present IT projects for approval.

As providers of 24/7 ICT service and support for multiple limited service, full service and five-star luxury hotels throughout Europe, and having visited HITEC in the United States a number of times, QDOS was one of the first suppliers to commit to the inaugural European HITEC event.

QDOS will be showcasing the very latest in IT and telephony solutions with on stand demonstrations of the Smart Guest Application (SGA) and mobile guest softphone (MGS), courtesy of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Hospitality Solution. Offering an end-to-end, converged solution in the market for voice, data and mobile applications. Alongside this we will be featuring the benefits of Mitels MiCloud Hospitality, illustrating how this flexible proposition can reduce on-property complexity, simplify support and eliminate costly upgrades. Both solutions scalable from the smallest hotels up to large, global chains.

Our experts will be on hand to discuss any requirements delegates may have, illustrating how cost effective, leading edge technology, along with the best customer service and support, can differentiate and vastly improve guest experience, satisfaction and loyalty, whilst meeting business revenue and efficiency targets.

The QDOS team look forward to seeing existing customers and welcoming new faces to our stand at HITEC 2017. If you are responsible for sourcing, managing or purchasing hospitality IT and telecoms solutions, make QDOS Booth no. 51. a must visit.
